Problem Solving Challenge Week 8

Additional Question 

Suppose the rabbits numbers doubled and had 6 added to them each year. How many 

rabbits would there be after 5 years if there were 8 rabbits at the start?

  1. I think the answer is 20 because you halve 1280 then you keep halving for seven years.

  2. My answer is twenty.How I worked it out: so I halved one year away at a time starting at year seven and going back to year one.
