Room 35's Cooking Shows

In Term One we learnt about making responsible choices with the food we choose to eat. We also learnt what effect the different food groups have on our bodies. Then we made a video of our favourite meals which we cooked at home with our family. Here are some of our videos.

Stardome Trip

This week we visited Stardome to learn about how the sun affects our planet. It was loads of fun and we also had a walk up to One Tree Hill. Watch the video of our trip and let us know what you know about the effects of the sun on our planet. 

Dance

This term we are learning dance with Bre. She is teaching each of our classes a part of a dance which we will put together at the end. Each session we learn a few dance moves and then add it to the dance. Some of the moves are quite tricky and we need to practise those a few times to perfect them. Dance is so much fun.

Buddy time

Last week we met up with our buddies. It was awesome because they showed us their fantastic Recounts which they have written. They have worked really hard to learn how to write good recounts. We shared some books as well. What a great time we had and we can't wait to see them again soon.
